While every interior design project is unique, we follow a clear process so you and our team are always on the same page.
Our first task is to understand our client’s vision and needs, so we always visit the space and meet with prospective clients in-person and on-site. For many of our interior design projects, the process begins with helping our clients better understand what they like. That is why we can come armed with magazines, photos, and samples and encourage our clients to explore as we work together to determine their stylistic preferences.
After our initial visit our designer will create an initial contract reflecting your project's objectives. Each item you requested will be listed with an estimated range of hours needed to complete it, along with an estimate of the total hours needed to complete your project. Adding and subtracting services is typical － In fact, you may adjust the services at almost any time during the process.
Through several meetings, we develop design deliverables that specify the client's vision for the project. Design deliverables typically include a complete set of floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, as well as specifications for all materials including flooring, tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, trim, and hardware.
Once we have an agreed-upon design plan, we’ll get to work bringing it to life. We’ll pull in our expert contractors and service providers (or, if you would prefer, can work with yours) to get the job done. We believe communication is essential in this stage and will keep you in the loop along the way.
